On Tuesday April 22, 2008 Rocky the 700 pound Grizzly Bear killed his 39 year old trainer Stephan Miller who was also a stunt man with a bite to his neck while working with the grizzly for a movie in a secured outdoor area. This attack happened at a compound near Big Bear Lake that trains wild animals for movies and television work. Two other trainers subdued the 5-year old 7 1/2- foot tall grizzly with pepper  spray and were unhurt.
